The salary range for this position is:£42,855 - £50,088
Client Services is pleased to offer a 12 month secondment opportunity to internal employees, for the role of Service Development Officer.

About You:
A working knowledge of the different service areas that make up Customer and Exchequer Services is essential, with the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of creativity, within broad instructions and objectives;
- Strategic thinking with knowledge of project management;
- The ability to undertake detailed research to produce, collate and disseminate management and service information;
- Good working knowledge of statistical applications (e.g. Excel, PowerBI) and report writing, demonstrating excellent oral and written presentation skills;
- Highly effective communicator, influencer and negotiator with experience of working with key stakeholders, partners and external organisations;
- Understanding of the relationship between policy and operational procedures with a clear customer focus; and
- Highly organised, the ability to work to tight timescales with an eye for detail.
