SalaryManpower has an exciting opportunity for a Service Dispatch Co-ordinator to join our Client based in Runcorn. On an initial 3 month fixed-term contract you will be responsible for answering calls in an efficient manner, monitoring the group mailbox and arranging dispatch of repaired units and other items as required.
The successful candidate will join an established team creating delivery notes and processing export documentation, updating spreadsheets, assigning tasks from work queues as well as filing and other office duties as required.
If you have previous experience in an office admin/ customer service role and are organised with the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment this could be your ideal role!
