Contract - 3 Months
Hourly rate - £11.50 (Umbrella Company)
My client is a global manufacturing company who are a leading company in science-based technology, they have a long-standing reputation and are committed to innovation and now they are looking for a Service Dispatch Coordinator to join their team.
Your responsibilities in the role
Answering Phone politely and efficiently.
Monitoring and actioning the company mailbox.
All dispatch for company site including repaired units and other items as required which include, Creating OBD/Manual delivery notes and TNT labels.
Using systems, CRM Service, ECC and EWM.
Processing export documentation for export dispatch when required.
Creating manual commercial invoices when required.
Updating export dispatches with PODS
VL10G customer order processing
Updating master spreadsheets.
Reporting any issues.
