Salary Depending on Experience, plus overtime.
Monday - Friday days (Flexibility required ) 39 Hours a week.
Major Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our well-respected client in Norwich.
We are looking for someone with experience in Electrical and Mechanical Equipment, particularly within the Food Machinery sector.
Some travelling nationwide and abroad maybe required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular maintenance and servicing of varied machinery
- Fault finding and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in equipment.
- Installing and commissioning new machinery and equipment at client sites
- Providing technical support and advice to clients, ensuring optimal use of equipment.
- Documenting service and repair work, maintaining customer service records.
- Carrying out routine safety checks to comply wit industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications and experience
- Must have relevant electrical qualifications.
- Must be able to demonstrate the skills in installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment, ideally with some knowledge of PLC's and software.
- A valid Full UK Driving licence and flexibility to work away from home.
