JOB TITLE: Service Engineer Coordinator - Immediate Start

LOCATION: Crawley

HOURS: Initial hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.15pm Transition to a shift pattern between 8am to 8pm post-training. Occasional weekend and weekday evening work required on a rota basis working from home, compensated with an 'on-call' allowance.

DURATION: Temporary - Ongoing

PAY RATE: £13 - £14 per hour + holiday accrual + benefits

About your new role:

• Dealing with customer communication, both internal and external.
• Managing all service tasks and requests
• Log customer calls, schedule tasks for engineer
• Schedule engineers for planned maintenance visits nationwide
• Manage engineer diaries
• Escalate calls to senior members of the team if required
• Manage and assign tasks to engineers and communicate updates to customers.
• Raise quotations as required

About you:

• Available immediately and ongoing
• Happy to work in the office full time
• Good attention to detail
• Competent IT user, including Excel
