IT Support Engineer – 6 Month Contract Role – Inside IR35

Our client, based in the Gatwick area have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer with 1st/2nd line experience to join their team on a 6 Month contract basis. The role will require excellent communication skills, supporting the user base over the phone, on email and face to face.

IT Support Engineer – Key Skills:

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a support desk technician or other customer support role

- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, service desk and desktop support.

- Good understanding of computer systems, PC’s, mobile devices and other tech products

- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with a first contact expected fix rate of 60%

- Excellent communication skills

- Customer-orientated and cool-tempered
