Service Engineer

Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing, installing and commissioning of varying types of rotating equipment including pumps, gearboxes, diesel engines, turbines and fans.
- Understand engineering drawings and interpreting maintenance manuals, using standard test instruments and tools.
- Preparing details daily update reports, and liaising with Project Engineer, Engineering, Quality, Sales and client

- A time-served certification in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in servicing and repairing industrial equipment in a workshop/service centre.
- A willingness to travel regularly, adapting to various working conditions.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- A strong adherence to health and safety protocols, particularly in offshore environments.
- Extensive knowledge of non-OEM rotating equipment
- Full UK driving licence
 
 
Desirable (training will be given)
 
- Understanding of electrical circuits and schematic drawings
- Working knowledge of low and medium voltage industrial control panels
- Strong background of diesel engine servicing and repair
