Service Finance Apprentice

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The intern is part of the full reporting process of Service KPIs: she/he prepares the main dashboards
• Liaise with the local teams to validate the figures, provide it to Service Leadership team
• Candidate is a key participant to Monthly Forecast process
• Candidate is also a support for the Service Finance team to drive transversal analysis on Service portfolio
• Candidate also support them with the initiatives launched by HQ (new tools, instructions…)
• Candidate can also participate punctually to other Finance team’s initiatives  

Required Qualifications:

• Have a Bachelor Degree
• Fluent English is a pre-requisite as will liaise with the Regions
• Good level to work with Office Package (Excel required)
• Knowledge of main financial KPIs (Sales / Margin / Cashflow or equivalent knowledge or experience)
• Must be prepared to face challenging contexts and pressure for rapid answer
• Strong communication skills
• Curiosity, appetite to learn
• Data analytics notions/knowledge

Desired Qualifications:

• Candidate ready to work in presence at GE office in Barcelona (hybrid work possible: office and remote)
• Eligibility to for an apprentice contract (law requirements)
