Company Overview - Installation & Service Engineer

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team in the position of Installation & Service Engineer. You will be responsible for providing electrical and mechanical repairs, serving, and maintenance on water systems equipment on customer sites across the South East.

Installation & Service Engineer - Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance on a range of water systems/reverse osmosis plants.
• Complete installations, diagnostics & fault finding, providing clients with advice.
• Replacement of filters & pipework when required.
• Water testing
• Liaise with various engineering departments as needed
• Work independently to resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong customer relationships based on professionalism and technical expertise.
• Provide accurate service reports and documentation.

Installation & Service Engineer - Skills & Experience

• HND/HNC Mechanical Engineering
• Proven background in commercial water systems/relevant similar experience
• Full, Clean Driving License
• Able to perform both Mechanical & Basic Electrical maintenance/repairs
• Proven diagnostic skills & experience on complex engineering systems
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
• Willing to travel
• Plumbing background - Desirable
