Join our unique supported living service in the beautiful Dorset countryside! We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.

You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.

In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care.
 
This role will be based across two of our services in Wareham and Ringwood so the ability to travel is necessary.
