Service Manager

Your role

You will lead and develop our new family support service  in Hounslow, West London, managing our small team and providing families with high quality information, advice and support.

What we’re looking for

• The ability to plan, monitor and deliver a range of services, working in co-production with the families we support, including writing reports and monitoring outcomes
•  Strong interpersonal skills, able to set clear and challenging objectives, and encourage high performance
• The ability to line manage and develop staff and volunteers
• Experience of working with, and supporting families who have disabled children
• Ability to develop working relationships with a range of multi-agency partners, working at a strategic level in the borough.
