Service Manager (Leasehold)

Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Leasehold Services Manager to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant.

You will

The Leasehold Services Manager is responsible for the day to day delivery of Housing Management Services, delivered by a team of 5 Leasehold Services Officers.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Resales including Sellers Information Packs

General Lease Enquiries

All aspects of Lease Enforcement

Collection of Service Charges

Management of ASB

The Leasehold Services Manager also needs to have a good knowledge and understanding of the calculation and collection of Service Charges, including the management of a Reserve Fund, together with experience of Section 20 consultation processes to ensure full cost recovery and value for money for its leaseholders.
