Service ManagerResilience and People 

 

About the team 

 

Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service are looking for an experienced and motivated person with the vision to drive the Service forward. As a member of the Fire Leadership Team the Service ManagerResilience and People will work with colleagues across Fire and Rescue and Warwickshire County Council to make decisions and resolve issues around performance, risk, finance and People in the implementation of Fire and Rescue strategies. 
 
Applications are invited from individuals for the role of Service Manager, Resilience and People within Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service.  

 

 

About the role 

 
This is a Green Book role within the Service. This role currently has no operational responsibility and applications are welcomed from non-operational staff.  

 

Key requirements 

 

This role requires a motivated and committed individual with strong experience.? 

Candidates will need to;
