SalaryOur global IT services client require an experienced and Security Cleared (SC Level) Service Manager (SDM) to join a growing team, and manage the day-to-day IT delivery management functions. This is an exciting position for the successful candidate to join a company that is new to the UK that has acquired an existing, and reputable UK based medium sized IT services company. The SDM will monitor the operational delivery of the client contracts, reviewing performance data and KPIs, agreeing service credits associated with the KPIs where relevant and coordinating communication and action relating to all aspects of the contract. The post holder will work closely with operational, commercial and project stakeholders as well as local strategic stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the IT contract they manage whilst maintaining the client's reputation in a public arena. The post holder will develop effective operational and strategic relationships with providers and to ensure delivery against the performance management framework. Post holder will work closely with the client's delivery teams to drive on-going improvements in operational delivery and take forward Improvement Plans as well as providing meaningful feedback to providers to achieve performance and service improvements. Key responsibilities: Contract compliance and Performance management, Monitor and manage KPI's, Service Delivery, Operational Delivery,Service improvement.Line Management & Leadership Stakeholder management.
Essential Skills & experience: Holds applicable ITIL qualification/s, Background as a Service Manager e.g. service delivery, managing IT Delivery support team/s across one or more client accounts to the required SLA's & KPI's,stakeholder management (internal and external)
Candidates must hold SC level security clearance or be able to achieve the required level prior to starting. based in Hursley or Leicestershire 5 days per week on site. Inside IR35.
