Service Receptionist / Front of House Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and an interest in the automotive industry. Responsibilities of this Service Reception role:- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the garage.
- Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Schedule service appointments and update customers on their vehicle's progress.
- Liaise with the garage technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Process payments and invoices.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
To be considered for this Service Reception role you must have:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role in the Motor Trade.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and billing.
