The role will require you to interpret service engineer reports, liaising with internal teams as well as third-party suppliers to establish parts and material requirements in order to produce detailed quotations and costing sheets.
Experience and Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A methodical approach and ability to identify client requirements.
- Customer service skills and ability to manage and advocate client needs
- Experience in Facilities Management, HVAC Service, or other Critical Engineering sectors would be advantageous
- Strong IT and admin skills
- Experience providing quotations and liaising with third-party suppliers, sub-contractors, and field engineering resources
