The company is an engineering manufacturing international organisation, they supply various industries including most medium to heavy industries. As a result of an increased work load and contract won they now require an Office basedSales Engineer
DUTIES
Quotation preparation utilising various IT systems
Providing internal sales support to the external Account Managers
Offering product assistance and technical support to our worldwide customer base
Making product selections based on customer requirements and application details
Ensuring all quotations are completed in line with KPI target lead times
Entering orders on the ERP system
Progress chasing of outstanding orders
PERSON

A technical mindset will be required , ideally coupled with an engineering background of some description
Excellent customer service skills
Good telephone manner
Previous experience in a technical sales office
Ability to work to deadlines
Conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times
Computer literacy is essential with experience of Microsoft applications
