You will be an experienced Service & Support Manager within the manufacturing or engineering industry ideally based in and around the Peterborough area with a background in FMCG. You will be managing relations with the companies customers and ensure that their expectations are being met. You will be liaising with the site teams, ensuring that all relevant H&S is maintained and work is being completed in a safe manner. You will provide initial contact for all customer service and spares related enquires and visiting customers on a regular basis to maintain and develop relationships.
The company are a leading supplier of process equipment solutions, catering to the food and beverage, diary, cosmetics, confectionery, industrial and chemical, and pharmaceutical processing industries, working with a number of well-known household names within the manufacturing industry. Their HQ is in Peterborough so would like to candidates to be based relatively locally, but national travel will be required for this role.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience within the food, beverage, brewery, bakery, dairy or utility industries.
- Experience within a leadership role within Service & Spares
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Great organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Full valid UK driving License.
