Calling all ServiceNow ITOM Developers/Consultant! I am working with a boutique consultancy who are on the market for a ServiceNow Consultant to join their growing team. You will need solid experience working with ITOM (Discovery & Cloud experience required) & end to end implementations.
Our client are looking for someone to work on expanding and optimising ITOM, ITBM, and Discovery implementations. This is a client facing position, where you will be chatting to key stakeholders in some of the largest companies in the world. You will be taking the lead on these projects and have experience implementing the Discovery module.
You will develop roadmaps and lead projects focused on ITOM capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a few years' experience with ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery modules, proven implementation experience with discovery and service mapping, and a strong grasp of ITIL concepts and CMDB data models. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities will allow you to succeed in this client-facing role.
