• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a solid understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Innovative problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking approach.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications would be an advantage.
