Roles and Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain a culture that promotes a positive work environment consistent with overall sites
- Manage customer and GE business metrics reporting requirements.
- Continuous monitoring of site issues, coordinate with cross functional teams and ensure timely resolution for smoother execution at sites.
- Coordination with cross functional team and repair agency for repair planning, execution and documentation to meet the customer needs.
- Interface with Services and Repair organizations to ensure customer expectations are being met.
- Prioritize and implement multiple concurrent process improvement projects & services, alone or as part of a multi-functional team, to drive customer satisfaction and business productivity.
- PO creation for activities related service operation under MCU.
- Coordination on resource management for Material and Manpower support.
- Follow-up on AP process related to Vendor payments and record updation.
- Preparation of quotes ,review and finalization incoordination with Services Lead.
- Travel arrangement in coordination with Visa requirements for Techs movement across APAC
- Hub 1 Cost track - Spent GE warranty, Transactional Job & other Pre COD Jobs
- Support on Invoicing and maintaining track for payment s
- Task creating & Closing with respective to Warranty claims with internal systems.
- Monitor and controls Account related to Services operations.
- Warranty cost booking & Follow up with LM Finance team for ledger transfer
- Record and maintain Travel Techs including submission of Allowance &STBT Process with internal systems
- Customer payment follow up and accounting.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Graduate /Diploma in engineering or science or commerce
- Overall 5-10 years experience, of which at least 3 years of experience as a service co-ordinator
- Understanding of Quality processes & finance process
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office, ERP systems , E-Service
- Structured method of work and analytical abilities
- High degree of flexibility
