Sexual Violence Service Manager

This is a well established charity that provides a variety of services supporting women, men & children who have been victims of abuse. They access the community to support victims as part of commissioned contracts to offer a holistic & trauma informed to these individuals.
Your new role
This Service Manager role consists of managing multiple services regionally. These services deliver trauma informed support to victims who have experienced different forms of abuse. Reporting to the director of Community Services, the Service Manager is required to oversee day to day management of the service in line with contract/commissioned requirements and quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires attention to detail in systems & processes associated with management of services that support the vulnerable. It is important that you have prior experience of overlooking multiple services and working inline with a commissioned contract. Due to the nature of the role, only female applicants who own a driving licence will be considered.
