What you'll do:

As an AfterSales Consultant, you'll facilitate smooth staircasing progressions and completions, hitting monthly targets and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include communication with customers, interpretation of leases, compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records, all within a supportive environment.

You'll need:

• Understanding of Shared Ownership. You could be a mortgage broker, conveyancer, new homes sales consultant or estate agent who seeks a career change.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Competence using IT (Microsoft suite)
