Overview

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer / Microsoft Engineer to join a nationwide utilities organisation in the public sector. Great to work for, excellent work life balance, and mostly Senior IT people here. They're looking for a self starter, someone happy to take ownership. You'll be helping various teams here so won't be pinned down to one particular area, and will have opportunities to get your teeth into projects.

The client

This is a public sector client within the utilities industry. They're a household name and well known for being a great place to work. This role will be based within their Belfast HQ just south of the city centre.

About you

• Proven strong experience implementing, developing and administering SharePoint on-premise and cloud platforms (2016, 2019, SPOL).

• Design and development of integrated business application, workflow and reporting solutions based on SharePoint.

• Practical application of Enterprise Document Management Data Classification/Data Loss Prevention (DLP)/Retention Policies in SharePoint.

Skills

SharePoint Administration

• Site Creation and Management

• Sharing Settings and Permissions

• Access Group Management

Enterprise Document Management within SharePoint/M365

• Labelling and Classification

• Visual Marking (e.g. watermarking) and MetaData application

• Implementing DLP, Data Retention and Deletion policies

Qualifications/Knowledge

• Microsoft Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate Certification (SC-400)
• Experience working with Microsoft Purview/Azure Information Protection/Compliance Manager

Desireable

• Experience with SharePoint on-prem to Online migration including associated tooling (e.g. Quest Metalogix)
• Experience of MS Power Platform (Power BI, Apps, Pages, Automate).
• Experience in wider EDMS design, implementation and management.
• Experience with eDiscovery tooling.
