As their business thrives, Green Barks Search is searching for a SHE and Compliance Manager within their Environmental, Logistics, and Minerals (HELM) Division. This role will be completely hybrid, with a combination of home, office (choice of offices) and site working and is your chance to shape the future and drive excellence!
Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director, you will craft and implement an innovative SHE strategy across all the Business Unit. Your leadership and commitment will foster a culture of transparency and engagement, collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging industry knowledge. You’ll lead over 300 employees, partners, and community members, driving safety standards to new heights, all whilst influencing and inspiring an open safety culture, creating the safest working environment.
You will champion health and safety with enthusiasm, fostering a secure environment for their thriving business and supporting their growth and success while building a standout career within a flourishing plc.
