This role will focus on Training, H+S and compliance as part of the senior management team. You will be ensuring the business runs smoothly by overseeing compliance with policy, the highest standard of training and managing a small team to help with objectives in the department. Assessing health + safety, reviewing audits and advising management on company standards will be key in succeeding in the role.
The ideal candidate will have great understanding of UK legislation in relation to compliance and H+ S. Knowledge of the construction/electrical/Gas industries would be ideal for this as well as previous experience of internal auditing. In terms of qualification, NEBOSH will be essential and a possession of a train the trainer will be needed.
