Your new role:
- Working continental shifts, 7-7, across a prestigious commercial office / skyscraper in Central London.
- Planned and reactive maintenance across the site, minor repairs, fault finding.
- Emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, light replacements, basic plumbing, temp testing, flushing, water hygiene, AHU’s, FCU’s, and general building service maintenance duties.
- Working as part of a wider team, working in a customer facing environment, getting involved in team meetings etc.
What you will need to succeed
- Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications - open to either background.
- Experience within a similiar role, would be ideal.
