SalaryThrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in outside Warminster who is actively looking to recruit a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Repair, maintain, train, and instruct on all equipment and plant machinery.
- Manage and report on the performance of the plant.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance with legislation relevant to the plant and environment while maintaining required Technical Competence.
What you will need to succeed:
- Qualification in an engineering discipline or a solid experience in maintenance practices in a fast-moving business environment.
- IT literacy including Microsoft Office and Epicor
- Strong communication skills
- Experience within a BRC/GMP food manufacturing environment.
What you will receive in return:
- £45,000 to £49,000 ( DOE)
- Hours: 0600-1800 - 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
