• Hands on operation- we are looking for someone who can lead a team of 10 in a busy hotel with a bar and restaurant operation.
Our client is seeking a permanent Shift Manager to join their hotel, restaurant and bar based in a popular landmark on Cornwall most westerly point offering a competitive salary.
• Salary £24,877.00pa
• Immediate start
Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to…
• Supervise all day-to-day Food and Beverage operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Reporting to front of house manager
• Management of all staff adhering to policies
• Manage staffing levels and Rota’s within budgets
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Food hygiene and health and Safety
• Staff training
Candidate Specification:
For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of Bar, Front of House and Kitchen operations and that can hit the ground running.

Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings. This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive starting salary.
Due to location own transport would be essential.
