Key Responsibilities:
- Managing teams of production staff across various shifts.
- Overseeing bakery production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implementing production schedules and ensuring targets are met.
- Monitoring equipment performance and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Upholding health and safety standards and promoting a culture of safety.
- Training and developing staff to optimize performance and productivity.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.
- Collaborating with other departments to meet production goals and customer demands.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a bakery or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of bakery production processes and equipment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Flexibility to work 4 on 4 off shifts, including days and nights.
- A passion for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
