This is a shift role that will operate over days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Full details of the shift pattern will be provided by our Recruiter well in advance of the first stage interview.

We are thrilled to go to market for the search of our new Production Shift Manager at our site in Low Moor, Bradford.
What you’ll be doing as a Shift Manager
As Production Shift Manager, you will develop and maintain a strong EHS culture, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe working systems. We are looking to you to provide strong leadership and guidance to your shift team to achieve high EHS standards and compliance with all COMAH critical procedures. Your team will value your guidance in ensuring performance management, competence assessment and personal development planning. We envision you eventually assuming the roles of Incident Liaison Manager and Main Controller as part of the site emergency plan.
What you'll bring
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or relevant manufacturing discipline or equivalent skillset
- Industrial experience, preferably gained in a chemical manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Understanding of the operation of an industrial plant and processes
- Solid experience in coaching, mentoring and team building
- Knowledge of appropriate EHS and employment regulations/legislation
