The company are an established manufacturer who are growing their business and are looking for not 1 but two Shift Managers - 1 on the early shift and 1 on the late shift - both are days based over 8 hours and Monday to Friday.
The role will involve being accountable for the Shift overseeing the Production staff. This will also involve being involved with Continuous Improvements as well as extensive people management.
