Having been around for almost a century, this company have continued to grow and expand into new markets and are looking for a Machine Operator to help with their expansion and join their close-knit team in Derby by offering a generous package as well the opportunity for the right candidate to develop themselves within the business.
The core responsibilities of this role will be to work alongside the team of Operators and ensure that resources are where they need to be, working alongside Engineering departments and working hands on using manufacturing and processing techniques. Full training will be provided on their specific machinery.
The right candidate will have hands on experience with engineering machinery and come from a manufacturing background.

The role:
*Utilising Manufacturing techniques
*Various technical machine operation
*Adhering to customer and specification
*Overseeing a team of Operators
*Shift Pattern - Weekends - Saturday to Sunday, 6-6
The person:
*Hands on Manufacturing experience
*General engineering practice knowledge
*Experience in Leading, Supervising, Training or Managing a team
