- Shifts 4 on 4 off 6 am -6 pm with extended annual leave
- Over Time Paid at x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sundays.

Location: West Midlands
ATA Search is working in partnership with a FTSE 100 global business generating over £500m annual sales in the UK. Manufacturing products on a linear continuous manufacturing process, they produce market-leading products for internal and external clients and they are currently experiencing phenomenal growth.
Financially secure, this company has multiple global sites and due to high demand within their sector, the company is looking for a Shift Production Manager to enhance the management team at their West Midlands site.

The Shift Production Managers role will be as follows:
- Reporting to the Operations Leader
- Directly manage up to 10 direct staff - Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality
- Managing the shift handovers, Shift Production and ensuring KPIs are adhered to
- Recruitment, building effective operation teams, training, coaching and development
- 1-2-1’s appraisal and performance reviews
- You will be responsible for the leadership of your team and responsible for their overall performance of the site
- Promote a continuous improvement culture and identify, lead and execute all lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee and manage high levels of health and safety at all times on shift
- Making sure all production schedules are met
The ideal Shift Production Manager will have the following background and experience.
- You will be experienced as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or a related role.
- The ideal candidate will have worked in any high-pressure manufacturing sector such as automotive aerospace, general manufacturing, plastics, packaging or any other manufacturing sector
- Strong leadership and the management experience
- Good Health and safety awareness with a track record in lean and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a high-pressurised environment
- Commutable to West Midlands
