Location: Wigston
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Basic Salary: GBP22,000.00 TO GBP23,000.00 Per Annum

Shipping Administrator role:
- Consult with worldwide manufacturing partners via email and telephone to ensure delivery SLAs are met.
- Expedite shipments in a timely manner.
- Manage stock adjustments and ensure correct processes are maintained!
- Book deliveries on to sage system following inspection as a Shipping Administrator
- Support senior purchasing administrator as and when required as a Shipping Administrator!
- Work effectively in a fun, yet busy office environment
Shipping Administrator requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shipping clerk, Purchasing Administrator or Shipping administrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience of using sage would be highly advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining an elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess strong people skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues.
