Office Angels have recently partnered with this fantastic Boutique Logistics Business in the recruit of an experienced Administrator!
You will be a natural at balancing busy administrative duties, consistently give great Customer Service and keep a high attention to detail whilst continually prioritising your workload. If you enjoy being part of a busy, hands-on, and friendly team, this will be a role you enjoy!
Role: Shipping Administrator - Freight experience not required as full training will be given
Location: Leeds, LS19 - Free Onsite Parking!
Hours: 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with administration experience who is looking to work in a small team with a varied workload. You will be training within Freight - What an opportunity!
Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
Sending invoices to customers, chasing, and passing invoices as needed
Dealing with road haulage to and from Europe
Assist in Air Freight Import/Exports
Assist in Sea Freight Import/Exports
Updating customer spreadsheets with order details
Arranging deliveries
Contacting freight companies for updates on customer orders and shipping

Evident administration experience
Ability to work independently in a busy environment
