Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement
• Managing day to day communication with Third Party Agents in Europe and Africa about below performance
• Setting up proper KPI to improve these systems
• Managing performance related to Demurrage and Detention collection/BL timeliness/Long stay containers/Timely filing of contract
• Communicating demurrage and detention
Agency Management
To support the management operation of our shipping clients Owned & Third Party Agency Network to ensure its fit for purpose, including Agency Contract Management and inter-department problem solving.
Business Planning & Management
To support the operation of Business Planning & Management for the group regional strategy and organisation.
