Location:
This position is located at our corporate office in London, United Kingdom.
Overview:
Reporting into Global Director of Retail Operations, the Logistics & Dispatch Manager will be the primary contact for all matters related to retail shipment from Aman Essentials to Aman resorts around the globe.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating the smooth dispatch of goods to Aman resort properties.
  • Coordinating the transportation, delivery and loads involved with the dispatching of goods.
  • Partnering with properties purchasing and logistics team on choosing the most cost effective and reliable way of shipping goods to properties.
  • Liaising with international carrier and freight forwarders.
  • Working closed with Aman Essentials team to ensure all goods are delivered in a timely manner and in pristine condition.
  • Making quotations with various shipping companies to ensure cost savings to properties.
  • Tracking daily all shipments and providing updates on the status of delivery orders to Aman Stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Must have 2-3 years of management or supervisory experince in the field of logistics, ideally from retail industry
