ProAmpac is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to be the primary point of contact to our customers in the Shipping and Receiving department.The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is a subject matter expert in domestic and international shipments, and must be able to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Apply today if you have: Out bound Shipping and Receiving experience, Manufacturing experience, Advanced customer service skills.

Responsibilities
• Direct a team to achieve daily goals through employee engagement.• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design and recommending improvements.• Coordinate and oversee all shipping logistics, act as point person for shipping, receiving and inventory functions.• Serve as back-up for shipping/receiving and warehouse personnel.• Report food safety concerns.• Ensure inventory/transaction accuracy and help to minimize inventory value (MDR’s, Cycle Counting, etc).• Perform daily housekeeping duties as assigned.• Perform material handling duties to include but not limited to; driving fork trucks, hand trucks and pallet jacks.• Partner with and support other departments.• Follow all ISO policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Three to five years’ warehousing experience, including systems experience (Syteline preferred).• Must be able to read, write and fluently speak English; must be able to perform basic Math.• Communication and computer skills required.• Able to work well with others in a team environment.• Able to adjust to changing operating conditions quickly and efficiently.• Strong interpersonal and computer skills required.• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis.
