SalaryAward winning Abbey Mill has a temporary 2 day Shop/Sales Assistant postition to cover for Maternity leave at their visitors centre set in the heart of the Wye Valley at Tintern. Fantastic opportunity for the right applicant to work in an area of outstanding natural beauty along side serving and meeting people.
A good knowledge in customer service is required to be able to provide a polite and efficient service. Responsible for stock levels/control & stocktaking with a certain amount of ordering when instructed. Responsible for the till during the day and to be able to cash up and balance at end of shift. To keep to a good housekeeping routine. Training and support will be given. Good personal presentation is required. Knowledge of local area would be useful and helpful.
*Wednesday and Saturday 10.30 till 5/00 pm - Position to cover for maternity leave. Must be flexible as additional shifts are available.
