SalaryOur friendly, well-known client, based in Watford, is currently recruiting for a Retail Shop Manager to work in their store. Working on a weekly rota, you must be flexible with the days you can work. Retail management experience would be needed and training will be provided. Permanent role available for the right candidate after completing a successful trial period.
The main duties will include:
- Serving customers on and off the till while providing excellent customer service
- Managing a team of 5 sales advisors
- General running of the store
- General paperwork, creating rotas, and working according to the company guidelines
- Need to be able to work independently and in a team
Hours of Work:
- Working on a full-time, weekly rota, five days a week (Monday to Sunday)
- Store opening hours are from 9am till 18pm Monday to Saturday and 11am till 17pm on Sundays
- 1 hour unpaid lunch
Requirements:
- Would need to be available to work on all major sale days for example Black Friday etc and to cover any staff absences
- Would need to have Retail Management experience
- Need to be available to work weekends
Pay Rates:
- All hours Monday to Sunday are paid at £13.22 per hour PAYE
