Your new company
You will work for a property and facilities management company, who have a multimillion pound portfolio. You will be based at one of their sites they acquired recently, which is located in Northampton. It is a large retailer that has been operating for over 50 years.
Your new role
You will ensure the delivery of the centre\'s maintenance, security, cleaning, health and safety, and service charge provision to the standards required. You will assist with the tendering and awarding of all the service contracts by central procurement.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have a facilities\' management qualification or equivalent, ideally an SIA licence, and experience in health and safety or Facilities management. You will be keen to ensure the well-run retailer continues to deliver the standards it is set to achieve.
What you\'ll get in return
You will receive a basic salary between £45000 - £55000 as well as development and progression.
