We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Facilities Manager to join our great team based in East Midlands and surrounding areas.
To ensure the provision of efficient, consistent, and effective operational management of the contract, including budget management; whilst ensuring professional and proactive management of the Clients properties on the campus.
Responsibilities to include:
Line Manager to the Macro Facilities Management team and management of the supply chain who deliver on-site services, leading teams and delivering all contractual requirements and objectives.
Relationship management of key client stakeholders
Manage the review and upkeep of local operating procedures and business continuity plan.
Maintaining all necessary documentation utilising Macro systems including the FM Helpdesk systems
Oversee the management of complaints, ensuring swift rectification with communication to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring services are delivered that exceed the Clients expectations and service level agreements through proactive management and daily interface between the facilities team and Client teams.
Ensure all works are in full compliance with all appropriate legislation.
Participate in regular review meetings with the supply chain to ensure contract & SLA compliance.
QHSE requirements, including but not limited to the following:
Ensure adherence to site audit schedule and regular H&S inspections are completed, analysing results, and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
BAU small works projects and office moves
Implementation of Macro / Client QHSE policies and procedures
QHSE compliance register meets requirements & any legislation changes.
Audits and manage records, files, and systems to comply with ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001
DSE assessments and associated actions
Lead incident investigations and action findings
The ideal candidate will have:
NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
Previous FM experience
Experience of managing third party suppliers and stakeholder management.
Professional and disciplined with excellent time management skills
