Job description
The Best Connection are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Manager to join a new team based in the City Centre of Glasgow on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role will include:
Being responsible for a team of 5/6 people
Conducting team meetings & delegating tasks
Updating weekly Rota
Dealing with Sickness Holidays & Payroll issues
Liaising with Sit managers on the above.
Overseeing the overall running of the shop store
For this role you must have:
Previous Retail and/or Manager experience
Must be able to work full shift patterns
Happy to do lone working
Good Communication skills
Pay rate:
GBP12.00
Shifts:
Store opening times are 9am to 6pm
5 over 7 days
Rota will be in please
Will work most Saturdays (Will have a weekday off during the week)
