Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop staff to ensure efficient operations
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and achieve targets
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or similar setting
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
