Red Bull UK is recruiting for a Shopper Marketing Manager to be based within London, UK.
The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible in delivering Perfect Store across the Off Premise customer base, ensuring Red Bull looks like #1 in store. Our aim is to increase sales and market share by accelerating availability to put Red Bull in the maximum danger of being sold. We need to ensure we are siting great placements in all locations of the shopper’s journey in store. We do this by working with the Off Premise Sales Team to find the opportunities and work with our Operations team to find provide the right chilled and/or ambient equipment.
Job Description
Increase Additional Ambient & Chilled Availability across every channel
Driving the Perfect Store agenda (10% Ambient and 30% Chilled placement) – giving chillers and POS solutions the importance they need for our Customers
Responsible for tracking, collating and forecasting the budget working closely with the Net Revenue and Commercial Finance team.
Keeping the Off Premise and Customers up to date on the tools and creative solutions for excellent in store execution of ambient and chilled equipment.
Responsible for producing compelling sell in decks for our chillers and ambient equipment
Sourcing and activating the right equipment by channel and setting the channel targets.
Project manage large scale rollouts in national customers.
Tracking cold can availability to drive the annual chiller target forward. Generate ideas and innovation for new solutions in store.
Shopper Team
Taking the lead on our digital screen equipment – how we can make it the asset of our future
Being an active and vocal member of the Shopper Team and contribute to the team’s mission of ‘Engaging Shoppers and Inspiring Retailers’.
Playing your part in the yearly brand plan and Shopper execution planning cycle.
Attending Customer meetings to bring the Red Bull campaigns to life, delivering innovation and differentiation.
Collaborate with other Shopper Marketing Managers to ensure that the Shopper’s experience is always at the heart of any in store activity.
People Management
Coach, Manage & Lead Shopper Marketing Specialist within the Retail Team
Setting individual goals and creation of development plans
Providing feedback and ensuring we are instilling the company values.
Coach Shopper Marketing Specialist to their peak performance

Qualifications
Understanding of Shopper Marketing and Shopper behaviors
People Management experience
Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
Budget management
Project Management experience
Great stakeholder management skills and a can-do attitude
Ability to think creatively when finding solutions
An interest in delivering sustainability
