The Role
As a dynamic Showroom Coordinator for our Wholesale Showroom in our amazing London Flagship Store, you will deliver outstanding service to our current and future clients; helping to drive sales and support the team to meet and exceed targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to progress their career within wholesale fashion, to take ownership for the Oxford Street Flagship Showroom ensuring it runs like clockwork. As well as transitioning into a Junior Sales role that will require supporting the Wholesale sales team in forward order sales appointments and in-season trading.
This role offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 4 office days and WFH Fridays. Flexibility is key, with potential last-minute adjustments and an alternative day off option for Fridays worked. As client interaction is involved, comfort in an environment with occasional alcohol service and refreshment preparation (e.g., cocktails, coffee) is essential.
You Will
Organise and maintain the showroom for customer appointments to an exceptionally high standard
Ensure the wider team and visual merchandising’s requirements are met
Provide support to the Sales Team in ensuring their appointments are flawless
Be the main point of contact for, and support the PR team with events and bookings
Move, unpack and present our wholesale product in a style consistent with Superdry branding
Support with diary management and arrange appointments for the Sales Teams
Issue and recall samples in a timely manner
Assist any Boardroom meetings and support the board/executive committee wherever necessary supporting the Wholesale sales team in forward order sales appointments & in-season trading.
Take full responsibility for ensuring all showroom supplies are maintained
Ensure previous season pack down is effectively completed and new season set up
Assist wholesale accounts with imagery, orderbooks & general enquiries
Analysis of sales figures and initiate measures to increase sales productivity
Action and support return requests
You Are
Someone who has previous experience in Wholesale or Retail sales
Impeccably organised
Able to work in a fast-paced team
Effective at juggling multiple requirements
A quick learner with an eye for detail and creative flair
Proficient in MS suite with an aptitude to become quickly familiar with new systems
Adaptable with a flexible approach to your hours
An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic, professional, and engaging manner
Located within easy commuting distance of Bond St, London
Proactive in your approach to resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
Able to deliver business objectives to an agreed timeline consistently
Have experience working in the hospitality industry
Confident at presenting at all levels
