Thistle Help are a thriving mobility aids business based in Irvine and Crosshouse Ayrshire. We offer a range of services including the sale, hire and repair of all mobility equipment. We pride ourselves on our customer service and choose to work with the best suppliers in the industry.
Our dynamic and passionate team are what makes Thistle Help so special. We require a Showroom Sales Advisors to join our growing team.
Based in our Irvine and Crosshouse showrooms, the successful candidate will work 21.5 hours per week including every Saturday.
Key tasks include:
- Advising elderly and disabled customers on the best products to meet their needs including wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking aids, riser recliner chairs and profiling adjustable beds and daily living aids.
- Providing excellent levels of customer service
- Carrying out customer home assessments when required
- Administration duties
- Cash handling
Applicants should be confident, presentable, patient, with a good sense of humour and have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary dependent on experience.
EXPERIENCE ADVANTAGEOUS BUT NOT NECESSARY - FULL TRAINING GIVEN
DRIVING LICENCE WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS.
