- Based in Bristol
- £23,000 – £25,000 salary + bonuses
- 20 days holiday + 3 with service
- Monday – Friday (9am-5pm) and Saturdays (9am – 5pm)
- One day off a week in lieu for Saturdays worked
- 35 hour week
Job specification:
- Meeting and greeting customers and consulting them on their requirements and helping to provide a consultative solution.
- Dealing with enquires via email and by phone.
- Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service.
- Provide support to customers and the showroom team.
- Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
- Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom.
Person specification:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience ideally face to face.
- Confident and friendly.
- Strong rapport builder.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have experience in using CRM.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Strong customer focus.
- Well organised and able to prioritise tasks.
- Experience in the luxury goods market and knowledge of interiors is desirable.
