Showroom Sales Advisor

Our client is very well established, family run and have a very friendly, dedicated and professional team who really take pride in their work and providing their clients with a first-class bespoke service.

• Based in Bristol
• £23,000 - £25,000 salary + bonuses
• 20 days holiday + 3 with service
• Monday – Friday (9am-5pm) and Saturdays (9am – 5pm)
• One day off a week in lieu for Saturdays worked
• 35 hour week

Job specification:

• Meeting and greeting customers and consulting them on their requirements and helping to provide a consultative solution.
• Dealing with enquires via email and by phone.
• Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service.
• Provide support to customers and the showroom team.
• Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
• Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom.

Person specification:

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience ideally face to face.
• Confident and friendly.
• Strong rapport builder.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have experience in using CRM.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Strong customer focus.
• Well organised and able to prioritise tasks.
• Experience in the luxury goods market and knowledge of interiors is desirable.
